Returns & Refund Policy
At Kaleido.ie, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be unused and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The item is returned within the return period stated above.
- The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed with all tags attached. Please ensure return items are free of any marks from makeup, fake tan, or deodorant. Marked or damaged items will not be refunded.
- Original packaging is included and undamaged.
- You include your order number and name with the returned goods.
Please note: Some items— such as jewellery or underwear —are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or sent in error:
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds & Processing
After we receive your return:
- We will inspect the items and process your refund within 7 working days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3–10 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you would like an exchange, please indicate your preference when submitting your return request. Exchanges are processed based on stock availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective:
- Email us at hello@kaleido.ie with the details
- Our Customer Support team will respond within 3 working days with next steps.
You may not need to return the item at our request.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are non-returnable include (but may not be limited to):
- Earrings
- Underwear
Return Conditions & Fair Use
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage beyond normal inspection, or that otherwise do not meet our return criteria. In some cases, refunds may be partially reduced.
International Returns
If returning from outside Ireland, please include any required customs documentation and mark the package as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value.”
