Orders to Ireland are generally delivered within 3-4 working days. We try to get your orders out as fast as possible but at times (particularly school holidays!) it can take a little longer.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us on hello@kaleido.ie and we’ll take you through the process. You have 14 days to return your items. Underwear and earrings are not returnable, for hygiene reasons.
